人物档案:李万泉,重庆云阳县人,1951年生。1975年毕业于重庆医科大学医疗系,即分配到原省部级重点中专暨四川省万县卫生学校工作,担任《内科学(含传染病学)及护理》的教学与临床工作。1979年参与该校附属医院的建立与内科病房的诊疗工作。1992年9月在原四川省万县卫校取得高级讲师资格;1995年受聘为台湾省针灸学会客座教授;第二届世界传统医学大会(95年5月美国旧金山)演讲学者。1985年参与当时国家卫生部与高教委委托该校编写的中等医护学校《内科实习指南》、《内科护理学》有关章节的编写,两书已分别于1992、1993年由国家级出版社(人民卫生出版被)正式出版。在临床医疗近二十年的工作中,李医师意识到西医在治疗慢性疑难杂病以及病毒感染性疾病疗效甚微,更不可能根治,遂于92年毅然离开单位,投入到用中医药治疗前述疾病及自费研究并行临床治疗乙肝和艾滋病的艰辛而巨大的工作,至今长达29年。
Li Wanquan, born in Yunyang County, Chongqing, was born in 1951. In 1975, he graduated from the Medical Department of Chongqing Medical University, and was assigned to the former provincial and ministerial level key technical secondary school and Wanquan County Health School of Sichuan Province, serving as the teaching and clinical work of Internal Medicine (including Infectious Diseases) and Nursing science. In 1979, he participated in the establishment of the affiliated hospital of the university and the diagnosis and treatment of the medical ward. In September 1992, he was a senior lecturer in Wanxian Health School, Sichuan Province; in 1995, he was appointed a visiting professor of Taiwan Acupuncture and Moxibustion Society; a speaker at the Second World Congress of Traditional Medicine (San Francisco, USA in May 1995). In 1985, he participated in the compilation of the relevant chapters of "Internal Medicine Practice Guide" and "Internal Medicine Nursing" commissioned by the Ministry of Health and the High Education Commission. The two books were officially published by the national press (People"s Health) in 1992 and 1993 respectively. 一一其二,在疫情仍很严重的今天,我们为什么还在重西医而不应用已形成中医药抗病毒的现成特效药暨重大科研成果呢?!

一、30年前李万泉大夫已在医疗临床工作中深深地觉查到:一切慢性病/乙肝及肝病/病毒感染性疾病,用西医药治疗疗效甚微乃至无效,故此萌发了用中医药去攻克当今世界的大难题即攻克艾滋病!早在95年底,其所研制的抗HBV/抗HIV中药就以国家规定的正规程序并以良好结果通过了中美两国相关权威机构的鉴定,由于这系个人离职发明/成果,故一时未能被国家应用而致此重大成果埋没民间至今(已廿八年矣)!为将此重大课题坚持研究完成,廿八年来李医师在(1)寻找病患(病源)极其艰难,(2)难于收集到一份正规的让国家主管暨权威部门认可资料的前提下,本人想方设法又早在2001一2002年间让泰国26名AIDS(寺庙里的)卧床病人,服用他所研究的治艾中药粉,均在二至三周内下床活动!一一这意味着他所研中医药早在20年前即<打破了国际上>有关艾滋病的两个百分之百中其一(即发生了艾滋病不一定死亡/用中医药有救!)。如此,故在2004年夏就受到了国务院信访局的核实与重视(但指示重庆方面要大力支持李万泉同志的这一重大工作;重庆方面亦作了安排!但与他合作的另一方却一再索要李医师的用药处方,但此只能奉献给党和国家的重大成果暨宝贝大财富怎能随便交与他们呢?故此重大工作的开展在那时即变得更加艰难!);

三、基于近三十年来,李万泉医师天天在临床上反复砖研与实践(我国长期/至今自费行此重大项目的临床研究/攻关恐只有李一人),确非易事(为研制防治艾滋病的特效中医药李至今已自行投资150万元以上)!加之他本身又系西医出生,而悟出<诊断>疾病以后拟用的常规与捷径:即诊断上应利用西医的技术及知识;在应用中医药治疗某一顽疾时,则又须按西医的模板,一定要熟悉每味中药的化学成份/分子结构/作用机理/药效及毒付作用,用药如用兵,加上日积月累,故可使每味中药各司其职,大派用场!一一此即为中西医结合/应为我中国人的一门捷径学科,一经掌握与应用,当可攻无不克也 !;

1995年底,又潜心地研究防治”艾滋病”的中医药(原艾必治系列中药)方,经中国医学科学院医药生物技术研究所病毒室及美国丹佛市艾滋病病毒权威实验室的鉴定,其中抗艾滋病毒携带者的”艾必治1号药”显示对艾滋病毒有明显的抑制(>74%)作用;2号药亦经15例早、中期艾滋病患者的用药观察,短期内即获得显著疗效,所著论文早于1995年5月获《第二届世界传统医学大会》国际优秀成果奖,受邀赴美国演讲及领奖。同时与参会的代表、专家、学者进行了学术交流。并受到了美国旧金山两家医疗机构的认可,盛邀李万泉医师留在美国发展,均被其本人婉言谢绝。
